Components:
- 1 kg potato
- 700 g pork neck chops
- 1 red pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2-3 tsp dried porcini powder
- 3 tbsp. k. Mayonnaise
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Cooking:
Cut the meat into small cubes. Add smoked paprika powder, sliced bell pepper, onion, salt, pepper, mushrooms or dried porcini mushroom powder (250 g fresh porcini and other mushrooms can be substituted), chopped garlic, mayonnaise. Mix well and leave to marinate for about an hour.
When the meat and vegetables have marinated, add the potatoes and stir well.
Place the potatoes and meat in a roasting bag and bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour at 200 °C
