Ingredients:
- 2 boiled potatoes
- 3 scones
- 1 egg
- bowls
- oil
- pepper
Cooking:
- Cut the potatoes into chunks, the zucchini into rounds. Fry everything in heated oil.
- Add salt, pepper, mix everything.
- Make some space in the middle of the pan, crack in the egg and fry until it is set – do not fry.
- When ready, sprinkle with the chopped chives and serve. Enjoy!
